The information contained in this site is not intended nor is it implied to be a substitute for professional veterinary advice or any information contained on or in any product packaging or labels. By using this site you agree that doing so is at your own risk.

If, when using the Site you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may refuse any and all current and future use of this site. 

It may be possible to receive a product in slightly different or different packaging than shown on the www.woofwhistlepurr.com.au website, however the product itself will still be the same.

Shipping charges are not included in the pricing of individual items and are displayed separately at checkout prior to any payment information for the Perth Metro Area only. All orders placed outside this area including WA Country, Australia Wide and International Orders are required to place their orders via the WWP Order Form as there are additional freight charges.

Any import duties, customs duties or restrictions incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond the control of Woof, Whistle and Purr. International customers are advised to check with the relevant authorities in their country before placing an order.

In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart include all relevant taxes including G.S.T, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping Costs for the Perth Metro Area are added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before any customer information is required. If living outside the Perth Metro Area you must fill out a WWP order form so we can quote you on Shipping costs. All Prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event that a product has been discontinued, displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, Woof, Whistle and Purr will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded. 

The delivery time for each order is based on the availability of the Product/s and shipping time. Shipping time varies from place to place, and can be between 3 and 14 working days within Australia and 4 weeks overseas. However, in the case that a product is currently out of stock or unavailable from a manufacturer this time frame may be extended. 

In the case where multiple products are ordered together, the order will not be shipped until all the products ordered are available from our suppliers. In circumstances where a particular product will be delayed for a lengthy time, Woof, Whistle and Purr will endeavour to advise the customer of the situation and make any arrangements or adjustments necessary. Any orders sent overseas delayed in customs must be dealt with by the purchaser residing in the relevant country, and any fees or charges incurred through customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

In the event that a product has been discontinued a refund for that product will be given imediately. The customer will then be notified that a refund for the amount of that product has been made. Any other products purchased at the the same time will be dispatched.

Woof, Whistle and Purr offers no warranty on products above that which is offered by the relevant manufacturer.

Woof, Whistle and Purr reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person or persons and in the event that a person or persons we choose not to sell to place an order with Woof, Whistle and Purr we reserve the right to refund them in full and not dispatch any goods.

It is possible that any animal may experience an adverse reaction to a particular product. Woof, Whistle and Purr recommends that you consult a veterinary surgeon before using products purchased from Woof, Whistle and Purr. We also recommend that no animal is left unsupervised with any product purchased from Woof, Whistle and Purr.

In contacting Woof, Whistle and Purr in any way you indicate to us that we may then use your contact details to occasionally contact you with promotions and other information relating only to Woof, Whistle and Purr.
