For the Perth Metro Area only, used for delivery of large orders and orders including, Fresh meat, Bulky food and any other large items such as Beds, Kennels etc all small orders will be sent via post or courier. We will automatically assume an order is to be Home delivered if it includes such items as Fresh Meat, Bulky food, Kennels etc and will contact you within two Working Days to arrange a suitable delivery time. Currently there is a set Delivery Fee of $9.50 for the Perth Metro Area, subject to change without notice. There may also be additional charges for oversize items such as large kennels. The Perth Metro Area is within a 30km radius of the Perth CBD.

  

  

  

  

If your order is small, for example collars, leads and treats it will be sent to you via Australia post or by another suitable Courier.  

  

  

  

  

We accept Credit Card orders over the phone and also Credit Card and Debit Card (Cheque or Savings Accounts) if your order is Home Delivered as we have a Mobile EFTPOS facility that travels with us. Please note that if you choose to pay with American Express or Amex Cards there is an additional 2.8% surcharge to cover our bank surcharge.  

  

  

We accept credit card payment through PayPal. PayPal is the automatic checkout for this website. The transaction is processed through the PayPal system to our account. Your Credit Card details are never revealed to us, only your order and shipping details are sent. All transactions completed through PayPal are secure.

Don't have a Credit card? To pay by Direct Deposit please fill out the WWP ORDER FORM. We will then email you the total order amount including Postage and our direct deposit details. Once we have received clear payment into our account we will either post your order or call to arrange Home Delivery. 

  

  

  

  

  

Orders are Home Delivered to the Perth Metro Area on Tuesdays, Thurdays and Saturdays, between the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm. We will call you within two Working Days of receiving your order to arrange a suitable delivery time. Usually orders are delivered within 3 Working Days, however this may vary depending on when an order is placed and when our next delivery day is. PLEASE NOTE: delivery time can be up to 10 working days  depending on circumstances, and in the case that a product is currently out of stock or unavailable from a manufacturer this time frame may be extended further.  

  

  

Delivery times can vary between destinations.  You will be notified once your package has been sent, along with the approximate delivery date. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability of the Product/s and shipping time. Shipping time varies from place to place, and can be between 3 to 10 working days depending on circumstances. However, in the case that a product is out of stock or currently unavailable from a manufacturer this time frame may be extended.
