For all WA Country Customers please fill out a  WWP ORDER FORM   as there are possible additional freight charges, approximate costs are listed below. This allows us to pick, pack, weigh and quote you on the total order including postage and handling.  We will then send you a total order amount including postage. PLEASE NOTE that Fresh Meat, Heavy or Bulky items may be costly to post/courier. However we are still happy to quote on these items.

For all other States and Capitals please fill out the WWP ORDER FORM  as there are possible additional freight charges. This allows us to pick, pack, weigh and quote you on the total order including postage and handling.  We will then send you a total order amount including postage. PLEASE NOTE that Fresh Meat, Heavy or Bulky items may be costly to post/courier. However we are still happy to quote on these items.

We accept Credit Card over the phone. Please note that if you choose to pay with American Express or Amex Cards there is an additional 2.8% surcharge to cover our bank surcharge.    

We accept credit card payment through PayPal. Once you place your order via the WWP ORDER FORM we will get back to you with the total amount including postage, then once you give the ok to proceed with the order we will send you a PAYPAL MONEY REQUEST via email.  Then just follow the prompts to make a secure payment. The transaction is processed through the PayPal system to our account. Your Credit Card details are never revealed to us. All transactions completed through PayPal are secure.

Don't have a Credit card? Once you place your order via the WWP ORDER FORM. We will email you the total order amount including Postage and our direct deposit details. Once we have received clear payment into our account we will post you your order. 

Delivery times can vary between destinations.  You will be notified once your package has been sent, along with the approximate delivery date. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability of the Product/s and shipping time. Shipping time can vary and be between 7 to 14 working days depending on circumstances. However, in the case that a product is out of stock or currently unavailable from a manufacturer this time frame may be extended.
